Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flight Pilot: 3D Simulator, developed by Flight Pilot Simulations LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) to use the Game. By playing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on your supported device.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or modify the Game
• Use hacks, cheats, or bots
• Use the Game to violate laws or third-party rights

3. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer virtual goods or currency for purchase via Google Play. All purchases are:

• Processed by the platform (we do not store billing data)
• Non-refundable, unless otherwise required by local law or platform terms

4. Advertisements

The Game may show ads (banner, interstitial, or rewarded). Ads are provided by third-party networks and are not personalized unless you give explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All Game content, logos, designs, and source code are the intellectual property of Flight Pilot Simulations LLC. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute assets without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will be bug-free or continuously available. You use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Game.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
